No internet connection in spite of recharge

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Reliance

I recharged my net connect plus on the 9th of July and till date a cant use my broadband service.I paid Rs 800 for my monthly plan which allows me to use the internet (unlimited in a month. Every time I speak to the concerned person they say it will be done in half an hour. My net still remains disconnected. pls help. The branch where i recharged was in Reliance stores, Kamanahallli, Banglore.
