No Internet after successful recharge of Rs. 105

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: MTS MBLAZE

On the first week of July, 2012, I recharged my MTS MBLAZE data-card with Rs. 105. The recharge should provide user 300 MB download and a duration of 30 days. However, I was able to browse for only one day. The next day (probably 6th July) I lodged a complaint to MTS after a long wait and spending of money (as I do not have MTS phone connection). The MTS support representative told me that I have used only 11MB of data and I should get internet service. She also said that solution will come within one day. After that, nearly one month is over and still there was no phone call or solution from MTS. I also mailed to MTS and every time they promised solution. I can show all the email communication as a proof for my complaint.
