No internet after recharge

Location/place: Vellore

Name of company/service: VIT University

My MTS phone no is 8925905733 and recharge order no for Rs.1000/- is 44723121 on August 3, 2012. Still now I am not getting internet connection using my MBlaze modem. I don’t know whether I shall loose my full money or not. Think about trice before taking connection.
