I purchased a Godrej AC form Metro Cash & Carry India Pvt Ltd, Musapet on 12 May 2013 with bill no. 050B1102974. But even after 48 hours from purchase, no technician has come for installation. Instead, he is calling and postponing the work to tomorrow.

Sir,
I purchased a split AC Godrej Eon from M/S Sadana Electric Stores, Sector H, Purania crossing, Aliganj, Lucknow on 24/05/2013 vide their customer Challan Number 7552. Installation of this AC was to be done by the Company Mechanic.I received an SMS from your Company on 24/05/2013 itself at 2.07 P.M, informing me my call number is L 2405107136,CSN is 704.
At 4.16 p.m I received a call from the number 05224009351, asking me whether our A.C has been delivered. As by that time our A.C was not delivered we contacted the dealer and ultimately A.C was delivered around 6 p.m.
In the meantime I got another SMS from your company on my mobile number 7388899657 at 5.33 p.m informing me that my call will be attended by technician- Lucknow- RK Engg- Gurjeet Sing on 25/05/2013.
We waited for the whole day. We also contacted the dealer and on the numbers of your company many times during the day without any success.
Tomorrow is Sunday and our call will not be attended. This is best example of your so called SMART CARE. I do not know about future but our relationship is going to start on a very sour note. At least after this experience I am not going to recommend products of your company to anyone.
