NO incoming since 16 days on postpaid.

Location/place: bangalore

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

I did MNP from airtel prepaid to vodafone postpaid .but now I am not able to recieve any call while the outgoing is working fine. I have lodged a complaint regarding the same but nothing has been done since 10 days.And they keep on asking silly questions everytime I called them.
