No help given by the cylinder provider

We wanted to book a cylinder so we contacted Damodar Gas.They told us to do it online booking.Since most of the times I am not there at home due to my college my parents had to do online booking.It is very difficult for people of my parents age as they are not familiar with this online booking concept.So they called the gas provider again,but the employees there are not willing to provide any input or help.i would kindly request the consumer court to request the gas provider to help consumers who are not familiar with online booking and help them when needed.
