Hi,
My self Rupesh Kumar Singh, i am using Vodafone SIM (9930938203) from last 6 month. When i was in Mumbai i used 000117 (a toll free no) to attend official meeting, right now i am on roaming to Bihar & Jharkhand and now i am not able to call that no (000117).
I tried to call several times to the customer care, the people of Bihar & Jharkhand circle say that we are not able to help you should call your Mumbai customer care, when i call to Mumbai circle they are saying that as you are facing problem in Bihar & Jharkhand you should contact Bihar & Jharkhand.
I am not getting help from Vodafone service, i am not able to attend meetings of my company which is very important for me as well as company.
I need an urgent help.
