No help by TATA DCOMO authority

Hi,

I have a TATA DOCOMO WLR Postpaid connection, from past few months the handset provided by them is not working, hence have regularly updated the dealer about the same however every time I visit they give an excuse that they are short of spare parts or they don’t have handset. Have been speaking to Customer sevice for more than a month now, still no help provided them all. have also wrote email to their appellate authority still no joy. hence need your help for the same.
