I had purchase Micromax A65 hadset in Apr’13 & after just 2 month it started screen problem. On 15th July I submit the handset at service center. On 19th July as per SMS handset received in Delhi for repair. Till date I have not geting any updates from them about the handset. I had call customer care on 1st Aug receiving complaint no.MMX0108133401 & assurance that they will get back to me in 7 days but thats not happen. Today 8th Aug I call them & know that it will take 10 days more for repairing. It is the worst service from Micromax. I complaint them about replacement or refund but nothing in my favour. Be aware before buying any Micromax product from market & try to avoid this brand itself.
