I provide home appliance repair services, and with the same I have registered it on sulekha. It’s been 11 days since 16/04/2019, the leads have started, but to our acknowledgment the leads were not geniuine, as whenever we call the customer they have already assigned the work to someone else. They ask to increase our sulekha score without providing as the work. We repeatedly email them, have a customer call but to no use. They always provide us with the same written reasons. They have deducted Rs.1200/ in the last 11 days without providing us the work, and even they have the odacity to keep the refund amout of the leads that we could not convert. There agents Mr. Kiran Bhasker showed us the plan of how sulekha is planning to improve my business but it is heartbroke to know that they are only interested in taking money and afterwards leaving us in hands of call center personnals. We are small businessman who can only survive if provide with work. It’s a clear case of malpractices conducted on sulekha.com, as they share the link between 3 people of which the ones who have completed there profile gets the lead upon us, that person is given preference over us. Entire suleka.com team and agents are irresponsible. They have been making fake promises and still we are without work. You took the money and then let us hang out.I request you to intiate are refund procedure and bring us to justice.
