I had called multiple times on 22nd, 23rd, and even on 24th May, to Mahanagar Gas Limited all the times I was informed that the connection would be completed on 24th May as per the date communicated to me. On 24th May at around 6.30 p.m. when I once again called to inform that the connection is not yet done to my surprise the call centre executive informed me that the revised date is now 30th July 2013. It has been more than 3 months now, and I am struggling without gas. In spite of repeated follow ups, first the false assurance was given about commissioning of line by 24th May and now I have to wait for another two months. This is unacceptable, as we have already made the payment, and without cooking gas, it is very difficult to manage. I was also told by call centre executive that we have noted your complaint and some senior officer will call you within 24 hours, however nothing has happened so far.
