Sir, I had a problem of gas leakage in my home on 21-Jul-12 evening 1800 hrs. I surfed the indane site to get an emergency service number, which was not available in my town. Moreover, I tried to contact the dealer, area manager and the state manager. The telephone numbers given in the site including the toll free number either doesn’t exist or are not responding. Even their online complaint page is not fully built. What should I do in such an emergency condition after working hours. Whom should I contact. Doesn’t the gas service don’t have any responsibility over my and my family’s life? Who is answerable for my mental tension and agony?. Kindly reply..
