I had complained for no electricity in my house at 10 pm. I was promised by the telecaller that the complaint would be attended in 1 hr. However, no one attended till 10.30 am in the morning. I want to understand few things from BSES:
1. Why was the complaint not attended within 1 hour ?
2. What took BSES employees to reach my place in 12 hours after the complaint ?
3. I was issued 4 reminders. Does the matter gets escalated to senior officials or it just simply means issuing a new reminder whenever i re-call to your call center.
4. After this complain will this be taken seriously and the concerned employee would be suspended / penalized or it is a daily affair for your company.
I am awaiting a response. No response will simply lead to my filing a formal complaint to the readdressal forum.
