i had placed an online order with order no. R221175765 on 11th July 2015 for three bags and after followup i have received only one of the three bags ordered to day which is 4th Aug 2015! on order submission they had mentioned a delivery time of about 3 weeks which i thought was really odd since for all online shopping received them well within a week! since i liked the products very much & was not in a hurry i didn’t really mind the time.
today on question on the reamining twi products they stated (chat concersation with support) that they will have to close/cancel the oder as they did not hear from the vendors, when they accept orders online, it is not their duty to ensure that vendors deliver the products on time and their loyal buyers get their orders? or else why am i even contacting them? i would go to the vendors in that case? i am quite annoyed & disgusted with this no-responsibility attitude! this is not the way to keep your customers happy and run business. i need my orders and if they are unable to deliver them there should be some kind of compensation for the ‘wait’.
