I purchased one Sofa from Housefull on 25th July 2012 and they give the delivery date on 9th August and when I call on 9743786383 which was given on the receipt for enquries , on 8th August she pick the phone and told that the delivery will be on time but after that she never pick the call on 9th August and when i personally went to showroom on 9th August no one was there to answer the queries and at last they told that your consignment will be delivered on 13th August, but when I call again on 13th August same story repeats that lady didn’t pick any call even her manager did not respond so again I have to visit showroom to check the status and now new person was there who told me that the consignment will be deliver on 14th August .
