Hi, i booked a one year subscription for a magazine with indiatimes shopping. they said the first issue had been dispatched by 11th october 2012. but i have not yet got it. i registered a complaint and the resolution date was given as 29th october. no resolution was done, nothing was informed to me. my repeated emails were unanswered. when i called and asked for cancellation of order, they said it will be done in 48 hours. they said it to me three times, but order was never cancelled, and no delivery was made either.when i try for 12-15 times, they pick the call and say they’ll arrange a call with concerned authorities tomorrow. their tomorrow never came. so what should i do now? no delivery, no refund, no call receiving, ignoring emails and all such trouble.
