I placed an order with YepMe.com an online shopping store. Order ID is 2011963.
I placed this order on 20th April and the shipping date for this order was 23rd April. I spoke to the customer care and they said that it takes 48 hours to deliver the product post shipping date. Till now I haven’t got the shipment. I called YepMe customer care so many times but I did not get the delivery yet. I called YepMe delivery service provider “express mart” (I guess) but they never answer the call.
YepMe customer care executive said that they cant even cancel the order because they haven’t got the shipment back yet.
I need either the shipment or my money back. The total amount is Rs 978. Also charges that I levied on calling the customer care and the courier service (which I’ll be able to calculate once I have my mobile bill for this month).
Request someone to help me on this. Thanks
