i had purchase a prepaid sim (9981451063) from a shop of maharaja complex ,din dayal nagar gwalior. verification of my doucment was done on 03.08.2012 but on 11.08.2012 my sim was not recogniz by mobile & INVALID SIM message is appear on mobile screen.
when i contact to that shopkeeper where i was purchase that SIM suggest me to contact airtel office.
I met MR.Ritesh at airtel office for he said that sim has been block beacuse of negative verifacation althou all formal doucment were provide to that shopkeeper at the time of purchase that SIM, he said that provide me your doucment once again & your SIM will be active by 16th August Evening.
But my sim was not active still and i caontct to Mr. Ritesh (airtel) on 18 & today itself.
Today he said that your SIM will not active.
in that SIM (9981451063) i have approx 500 Rs balance.
