My husband had booked three tickets for the ipl match on the 15th may 2013, which by the mistake of my child who is only 4yrs old , got torn and thrown. I requested them to issue me a duplicate ticket, which they first hassessed me by saying it cannot be done. Later after several requests they finally agreed to it that I will have to wait outside the venue for half an hour after the match starts and then if no one is claiming my ticket , we will be let in. First the guy whose contact was shared with us kept on making us wait and after an hour started telling that our seats are occupied, when we insisted him to prove it,he tarted telling that there is a security problem to let us in. We noticed over there that book my show were taking people in by charging them two thousand rs. I am dead sure they would have sold our tickets in black as they knew about our issue. If there was a security problem they shoulnd have asked us to go there. My friend can even identify that man who was taking people in by charging them money. For them no tickets were needed and no security, but we were fooled there, after waiting for around 2 hrs my husband finally left from there. I want to take a strict action against the people involved I.e. mrs push palate, Joyce and mr Rohit Gupta Ho was actually at the venue and playing tricks with us.
