I am a very old customer of Airtel. I have a connection of 999 /- PM , wherein I have a connection for a home phone , IP TV & Internet access. From last 1 year I have lots of connectivity problem. When ever the bill is due connection works fine for 3-4 days…again the same problem happens. Every month I pay about 1122/- amount , and they provide a very bad customer service the CCO doesn’t how to serve a customer. I need all my money back with a apology letter. Also I need best service going forward.
