No Connectivity Since 5-6 Days

Sir,
I lodged a complain on Saturday i.e. 4th september,2010 because my internet was not working properly.My complain No. is 4688107.I was told that my complain will get resolved in 24 working hours but still now nothing has been done.Please help me.

u bet,they are becoming worse day to day, im having the same problem every month, but till date they are not able to rectify the problem,i think we should quit HATHWAY and find some better Servic provider……..
