No connectivity/ Ignoring complaints

Sir,
I am using reliance broadband from past two years and my customer account number is 316659110842. From last 10 days my internet connection is down and I have lodged complain 3 times on 9th,10th and 12th of july 2013. Everytime they told me an engineer from their side will visit and resolve my complaint. Engineer did visit once but couldn’t resolve the issue. I am calling everyday on the customer service to ask when will they resolve my problem and everytime I get one answer “it will be resolve shorlty”. After facing many problems I lodged a request to terminate my account and customer executive told me to wait for 2 days and they will contact me but I never got any call, its been six days since I lodged that request. I just want my internet connection back. Without it I am facing monetary loss as I am a freelance photographer and have to spend quite a time on internet.
Please help me, thanking you in advance.
