I Divyesh P Mehta has Reliance Broad Band Services. But Since 15/12/2012, my services has not been working. I had made a complain on their Tollfree No. 180030007777 on 20/12/2012 with Complain No. 194453022. I was given the assurance that my service would start by 28/12/2012. But it did not happen. On my second call, I was assured that by 4/1/2013, all problems would be solved. But still no progress. On my next call another date was given, but all in vain. Till now my problem is as it was since day one of my complain. Still these people, Mr Sumit of Technical Desk, have given a new date as 10/02/2013 on today. When asked to give no. of a Senior Person, I was not given of even transfered to any Senior. Today one of the Senior Mr. Imtiaz has assured to solve my problem by 10/2/2013. I was also assured that I will be given a waver in my Bill, but the company has send the bill for Jan 2013.
I would request the Form to please follow this matter.
