ONE WHOLE DAY I HAVE BEEN CONTINUOUSLY TRYING TO CONNECT TO INTERNET BUT IT KEEPS SHOWING ERROR 678 OR ERROR 777….. IT COULD BE MY FAULT , MAY BE I AM THE ONE GETTING IT ALL WRNG. BUT THEN I CALL THE TOLL FREE NO. 1800266121…. AND GUESS WHAT, ITS WRONG. I TRY TO LODGE THE COMPLAINT… THE SITE SHOWS ERROR TOO… I TRIED A NO. OF TIMES BUT THE COMPLAINT WONT BE REGISTERED…. THERE IS NO WAY I CAN CONNECT TO THE PHOTON PEOPLE… SO HERE IT IS.
YOU BETTER FIX THIS THING RIGHT NOW OR AT LEAST GIVE ME A CALL TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION…
OTHERWISE I KNOW THERE HAVE ALREADY BEEN ENOUGH CASES IN THE CONSUMER COURT AGAINST THE COMPANY.
