Name of company/service: Sify Broadband
I am using Sify broadband connection from the month of July 2012.Sincne this is a prepaid connection I have recharged my net with 1008/- on 31st July so that I get uninterrupted connection from 1st day.Today its 14th August yet the net is off from 1st August due to some problem in their service.
I have repeatedly called the customer care,mailed them and every time they told that they are working on it but no one responded back or came to fix it.Even I have tried to contact the vendor from whom I have taken the connection but he was also not attending to the phone call and avoiding me.
I have lost my patience on this and the money I paid for 30 days among which 15days are gone in vain.I have never faced such worst service from a large company like this and I would like them to arrange some refund or compensate the money I have paid.
