I ordered fastrack sunglasses from www.getkart.com and paid through my pnb debit card .
I got a mail that my order no. 782 has been received and will be processed once payment has been confirmed.
Its been 5 days, I have not received any REPLY regarding my order .
MOREOVER I TRIED CALLING TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT NOT A SINGLE TIME MY CALL WAS ANSWERED , IT KEPT ON RINGING. (01642246584 given on their website).
please look into the matter.
