No confirmation of order and ZERO response on email/contact number

Name of company/service: Bagitgetit.com

I had ordered for a mobile phone and had made all payment on 7/8 July 2013, amount has been debited from my account but there has been zero response from the website, no reply/feedback is there. Even number displayed for customer contact: 9971411696 is being unanswered now. AM yet to have any confirmation vide email/sms etc. I have sent emails asking for details but no one has responded so far.

    Go to near police station and give written complaint regarding this issue as a cyber cheating. They will take action.

    I faced same issue about it and lost a hell lot of money yesterday.Police is not taking complain.They are just saying why didnt you confirm the site before purchasing anything.
