My name is OM PRAKASH PANCHAL –M.B-64,FRIST FLR OPP. MADHUBAN LANE NO-03 SHAKARPUR-DELHI-110092)& my land line no is –(22528704) & my consumer no is –(2073448434) with internet service form last year but last few month my internet & landline is not working properly so I was complaining in MTNL costumer care THROUGH MY LANDLINE NO ON (28/03/2013) 1st time and completion no is –(8704) but no action taken by MTNL side but my internet not going properly as before so I was complaining again in MTNL & my completion date & no is –(24/04/2013) No-(64100123) but no action taken by MTNL side but my internet not going properly as before I was complaining again in MTNL details below………….
1.28/03/2013 completion no is -8704
2.24/04/2013 completion no is -64100123
3. 3/05/2013 completion no is -64300037
4. 3/05/2013 B.B completion ADSL UNSTABLE DOCKET NO -287259
5. 7/05/2013 completion no is -64100748
6. 11/05/2013 completion no is -228
So I want to tell I was paying my bill every month without using MTNL services so please return my payment when my internet is not working form on the march month according to my completion date that is (28/03/2013) I,m also writing this problem to consumer forum and communication omboursment
And they will reply soon and india largest communication company is still not taken any action and do,t even reply me one,s so you can batter understand your system & work so solve my problem as soon as possible .
