I had ordered for 3 things from fashionanfyou.com on 8th of July, order No. 7239172, and had paid for it online. I received a completely wrong product in the courier and when I complained them about it, they promised me that the wrong product will be reverse picked and my correct products will be sent back to me soon. Now, they have collected the wrong parcel back some ten days back. And today, I received a call from the company, telling that my money will be refunded and I wont be receiving my product. I feel, once I have paid for the product online, it is the vendors responsibility see to it that I get the right product. I had ordered the particular products for a holiday that I was planning and a refund definitely will not suffice. Additionally when I tried to explain to the call center employees my situation, instead of giving a reasoning they just hung up!
