Total Mobile solution (TMS) Duration 2 Years (Nov 11, 2013 to Nov 10, 2015) Mobile: Samsung Galaxy Core I8262 IMEI No. 3570890588633191 Dealer: Banwari Lal & Company Location: Kamla Nagar Plan id (Policy no.) of insurance: 8790 Holder Name: Nisha Goel Mobile No. 8285718757 I purchased mobile on Nov 11, 2015 and also took a insurance policy for mobile to extend the Warranty period. I paid Rs 1250 on the top of mobile for insurance. Also agent insured my mobile for 2 years that any kind of brokrage or damage in mobile will be repair by the TMS for free. My mobile broke on Feb 23, 2015. I called TMS to repair it, but there number was going busy for 10-15 days. Then after contacting dealer for the same issue, dealer sent my mobile to TMS. TMS people said that I needs to pay Rs 2160 to repair, after a long arguement I agreed to pay, Then they returned my phone after 1 month. After 2 days of getting my mobile, i started fcing problems with the mobile touch. They fixed a local screen and touch in the phone. AFter 5-10 days, it stopped working. Now I am calling to TMS people to complain again but they are not picking the call. They has destroy my mobile completely even after paying around Rs 3000 to them. I want them to pay my whole amount and the mobile amount. Kindly help me.
