No Broadband Connection for a Month

Location/place: Kochi, Kerala

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

I am not getting the broadband connection by the above mentioned service provider for a month. Despite contacting the customer care and appellate authority daily, there has been no resolution to the issue. They keep asking to wait for 2 more days. What do I do? Will I be able to get a resolution from the Consumer Court?
