I have a complaint on behalf of my elder sister who is working on your bank (The IFSC Code of BURLA branch – SYNDICATE BANK is SYNB0008062) as the employee. I wanted to inform you that firstly, there is no air cooler or air conditioner in the bank. Secondly, there is no ventilation in the bank as well. Thirdly, she have already complained about it to the department twice but there is no action as of now. It is totally unbearable to sit and work for employees as well as civilians with the high temperature which is increasing day by day.
Therefore, Please grant my request.
