I had bought a Tata Photon on phone with a monthly plan and in januray it broke because of my mistake and I called up the call centre to get it replaced and send to my house and i was promised it will be taken care with the fee which I aggred . As they had sold this to me on phone and it was deliverd to my place by thier executive so it should be replace and sent my place but they did not do this . Then I wrote a complaint to them but no action was taken so I paid my outstanding and did not use it from march and was informed to their call centre to cancel it and it was confirmed to me . Now I recieve a bill for july when I have not used it from march and how can I use as it is broken.
I will like to go for a case and I am ready to pay for the court charges and teach this company that they cannot harres any body
