Dear Sir / Madam,
I purchased a Eureka Forbes Aqua Sure Water Purifier (non – electrical) in Oct 2011. The tap of the purifier broke on June 5th 2012 and I regsitered a complaint with Euro Helpline REF 871-148-52. However it has been now close to a month and I have not received any service from Eureka Forbes. I have called their customer care twice in past 2 weeks and everytime I have received assurance that it will be resolved that same day and that it has been escalated within their Service Dept. but till date no one has come from Aquasure for service. The product is still under warranty.
Please help / advice. It has been a demonstration of extremely poor after sales service from Eureka Forbes.
