Name of company/service: Nokia
I bought the flagship model of Nokia. Nokia Lumia 920. It had a lot of issues since the time of purchase. Here is the list
*Extremely low battery backup
*20 mins of gameplay from full charge the battery becomes critical
*Call drops very frequently.
*Phone overheats to the point that it becomes impossible to hold
* Sometimes the screen freezes when speakers are plugged in to the audio jack. This is not frequent though.
* A different application opens when clicked on another icon
*Search page pops up all the time.
I agree that some of the problems could be sorted out by software updates. However, this does not hold true for everything. All nokia care offers is a software update and that’s there quick fix for every problem.
Upon me persistently telling them otherwise, they just updated my software and handed back my phone.
My battery back-up is still the same. I paid 40,000 to buy the phone. Called the Customer Care, went to nokia care. Wasted time, money in getting the problem fixed. There was nothing substantial. No after sales service at all. Just a waste of time.
I think I demand much more than an explanation from NOKIA.
