no action taken since 10 days on any complains

i am using vodafone since 7 years since it was hutch…i have problems regarding my internet..it was not working since 11th june 2013..so i hve done complain on 12th june 2013.they told me that they will solve the problem in 24 hours but the problem was not solved next day.so i complaint again and they told me to wait till 19th.today is 20th but still net has no conectivity.i have totally wasted my money.and when i called them today morning the company is saying that your problem is solved and closed.but i am still suffering the problem.and now they are saying to wait ti 28th june..please help me as soon as possible…
