No action taken from 1 month..is these a service will be given to costumer ? be aware all users

I Rupesh, I had complaint against my mobile damage to insurance company(Syska Gadget Secure) as on 24-10-2015 they had given me CIN no. 1510248715. Till date no action is taken by them. I had called many time to customer care 180030027090. they don’t have a time limit to resolve the problem and no senior person can take the responsibility to resolve the problem of customer.These type of services is given by a such big company.Then i requested to all customer don’t go for such company.
I have 5000 friend following on FB also and circulate these message to there also.
