No Action taken for very poor speed – was not even able to connect

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: Tata Photon Plus

All the money for the photon+ device have gone in vein.
Even monthly fees also.

I complained 6 times but no action have been taken. I was not at all able to use the device.

I demand a FULL REFUND.
