No action against multiple complaints

I am Vodafone corporate user.

I have registered this complaint earlier on 5-06-2016 at corporatecare.del  but has not received any reply in return, also my services has been disconnected. This is really irritating.

I joined PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon in Sep 2014, After two or three weeks applied for corporate plan at Vodafone help-desk at our company only and got my number ( 8447229204 ) converted into postpaid corporate plan.

In Feb 2016, I applied for one more number at the Vodafone help-desk at our company only.
I asked for the number with CUG facilities, so that I can call for free between the two numbers. The Vodafone representative ( Mr. Prem Kumar ) gave me the new number ( 99*****633) with an assurance this is CUG number and callings between the two numbers will be absolutely free.

Assuming that the two numbers are under same CUG network, I made large number of calls. But later I observed in the Bills that the callings are not free. I was being charged for these calls and as a result I was getting huge bills.

Immediately I notified the vodafone representative ( Mr. Prem Kumar – 09953902430 ) about the same. He asked for some time and came out with the reason that both the numbers were mistakenly put under different company domains and as a result the calling was not free.

When I asked for the solution they kept on saying, They have started a mail chain with Akriti Tandon ( @ [email protected] )and it will take some time. But It has been 3 months no action has been taken yet. Also they have stopped replying to calls and mails. As a result, I havestopped submitting the bills for both the numbers.

Kindly take the action as soon as possible. I want the previous bills to be settled and both numbers in  same category for future.

Brief Summary:

Numbers : 8447229204 , 99*****633
Problem  : Calling between the two numbers not free.
Reason :  Mistakenly put under different CUG plans.
Expected Solution  : Settlement of previous bills + both numbers under same CUG plan

Looking forward for a quick action.
