Name of company/service: tikona internet service provider
I requested for disconnection of internet service by tikona service but they have a turnaround time of 45 days. In these 45 days they making unsolicited calls and asking numerous questions and harrasing but not disconnecting the service.
everytime a different executive calls whenever they want (sunday morning for example) and ask what is the issue since more than a month. i have clearly told them i was not delivered the service i was promised by an executive who after that never contacted. it is really stress everytime to email the quality head of the service provider name-S.Nair, and asking for quick service but other than auto reply i get.nothing. only once they replied saying they are taking care of the complain nothing else.
everytime different customer care executive calls and doesnt resolve the issue. they are neither disconnecting the service nor sending any representative to fake back the equipment but just wasting my time everytime. they will bill me on the usage which i am using now but they are not sending an executive to disconnect the service but sending people to collect 300 rupess which was unsolicited and life threatening.
i have been requesting them N number of times since more than a month but i regret to say even my maid and milkman provide better service than the mamagement at tikona.
