NO 3G CONNECTION EVEN AFTER ACTIVATION OF D PACK

Name of company/service: Vodafone india

I recharged my no with vofafone 3g pack of Rs.99 on 1/08/2013 even after activation if the pack company is not providing me internet with 3 g speed i phoned them thrice all 3executives given their different opions were found helpful
Its my request to you to take stromg action against such cos..
