Name of company/service: Tata Photon Plus

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Anil Bhaskar has taken Tata Docomo Photon Plus Pay AsyouGo 500 Plan. First 2days the speed was OK but after that for opening google home page it’s taking more than 5mins and raised a complaint for the same Ref. No. 305426139. After 3days there was a message saying “We are working on it” no response or call from customer care regarding this.

No speed and no usage, but every month they are sending the bill and huge calls from customer care for the bill payment. I am saying how can I pay the bill if the complaint itself is not resolved. Again logged a new complaint on 13-06-2012 Ref/ No. 313192333. Till date no response.

I request you to file a suit regarding the same.
