I have an internet connection of YOU BROADBAND.I had changed my premises,for which after complaining several times they had shifted the wiring .After one month of complaining somehow internet service was provided.But after 10-15 days again the connectivity lost. Since then it is nearly 20 days since I have been complaining at the customer care but no action has been taken inspite of repeated complaints.They just keep calling up that the technical staff will come but no one comes.I just keep receiving messages that my problem has been solved without actually been solved. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE BY YOU BROADBAND. No problem is solved in one single complaint.
