We moved our household goods from bangalore, India to virginia, USA. it was the worst experience for us who have moved all over US and India for the last 20 years. They did not use shrink wrap or bubble wrap of any of our furniturs, elliptical machines or photo frames and lost all the fittings and screws of our dressing tables, box beds and brass coffee table. They took apart our elliptical and antique furnitures even when we had told them not to. we also moved our car from Bangalore to Mumbai and the driver who picked up our car from our home to take to the Bangalore warehouse, badly damaged our drivers sear door of the car and there was a gaping hole where the side view mirror was. We have never had a worse moving experience before this.
