Hi,
This is regarding handset Micromax A110Q that I have bought from Mobile Store Vashi on 21-07-2013, after just buying this Mobile Mobilestore executive unpacked the handset & the handset was defective, with blur display, I asked Mobilestore executive to replace the same but he said to me that sir take this handset and come tomorrow we will process for D.O.A at micromax service center(Micromax service center is closed on sunday), after completing D.O.A process we will give you the new handset, I was not being agree first but later I went from the store & reached next day(22-07-2013,Monday) in the store, they took my handset & again they said to do the same process but neither they cleared anything till evening of Monday nor they provide me any proof for hand over the handset to them, after forcing they gave me a white paper with mobile-store stamp without mentioning any concern persons name & signature.
Later in the Monday evening I called on MobileStore’s support number 1860-267-6767 & complained Mr. Prashant & Ronald then they took Store manager Mr. Rakesh on conference call & found that store executive has done wrong process & after one our discussion they said to close this issue by Tuesday(23-07-2013), but I have not received any response on Tuesday,
Again I tried to call on Mobilestore’s support Number,I asked to transfer the call to Prashant who has spoken to me but there was another Prashant he said that he will talk to store person & get back to me but He did not call me, again I called on your support number & spoke to Prashant he said that I have escalated this issue to the concern team please wait till 72 hours.
Now 18 days are gone but I have not received my amount nor Handset, every day I call on their support number & in their store, they give reason that I will check & get back to you but they never call back,now store persons are not picking my calls, I have spent more than Rs.500 on this issue.
pls do the needful.
