July 7th i had booked a movie ticket at INOX thane for four persons costing Rs 1040 initially did though HDFC mastercard ,amount debited but transactions failed then did the same though VISA SCB debit card transaction was successful .
i am still awaiting refunds of Rs 1040
secondly i had booked train tickets from NGPAY from Mumbai to Raipur 2nd AC costing RS 6292 the amount got debited from my SCB debit card but tickets un booked .
i have registered a comapliant with NGPay but they are giving any reply
