NEX GEN TV, a company that provides facilities of veiwing TV channels on mobile is doing fraud.
Today (27 oct. 2012) on4:23 pm , I received a call from the company (+911409305374) on my BSNL No. 9453030084. The person on call, without giving me details about the product and offers, asked me my mobile handset model, and on the next movement I was charged Rs. 99.
I called back on the number but that number was not available. Then I called on BSNL costumer care, they said the amount cannot be refunded as I have suscribed to a plan.
I want to file a case against that company.
