I would like to bring into your kind notice that I bought Noika C5-03 on date 13/07/2012 from Raj Gallery, Shop No. 66 Ghaffar Market, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, 110005. Phone No. Shop: 011-28720278. Since i have got this mobile i have been facing severe automatic set off problem with this mobile,In July 2012 month i reported this problem to Raj Gallery, Shop No. 66 Ghaffar Market, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, 110005. Phone No. Shop: 011-28720278 and Mr. Harish, Manager, Nokia Care Centre, Gole Market New Delhi Mobile No. 9540563304 and said to me that we don’t have to attend because handset under physically damage not cover in warranty, I shocked out how it is physical damage newly purchased mobile within two days without an inch of scratch on its whole body or even inside the body, I approached to mobile shop for the same wherein he stated that we are not responsible once product is sold from our shop. Again i called to shop keeper as well as Nokia care but i could not got any satisfactory answer from them. Now i am not able to use this mobile and fed-up of this type of response which i got from shop keeper as well nokia care. Pls find the way on mentioned Name/ Location.
