On 01-04-2016, I had purchased an Aircel Sim (MDN: 9504437214 ) with all valid documents. There is no issue with documents as verified by Aircel office. When I dialled 59059, the chaps at the other end pretended not to hear and hung up saying “Your voice is low, call again. Aircel mein call karne ke liye dhanyavad”.
This happened as many as 8-10 times. When I contacted Aircel office, they told me to wait out for 24 hrs. as the same has got disabled for activation. After 30 hrs., I tried again, no luck. Today again after a gap of 40 hrs., I tried unsuccessfully.
Can someone tell me what’s happening at Aircel.
