New Prepaid SIM Not Activated

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I purchased a brand new Vodafone mobile SIM with a prepaid plan worth Rs. 600 on Friday at the Vodafone Store in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. I assure you that I have submitted all the relevant documents. But It has not been activated since. It has been 4 days and I have made several complaints offline and online but the issue hasn’t been resolved yet. Please activate as soon as possible or let me know the procedure for surrendering the SIM & refund for the same.
